Chon-Ji (19 movements):  Literally Chon-Ji means heaven and earth. It is in the orient interpreted as the creation of the world or the beginning of human history, therefore it is the initial pattern played by the beginner. This pattern consists of two similar parts; one to represent the Heaven and the other the Earth.

ITF1

PARALLEL READY STANCE toward "D"

1. Look left and move left foot into a LEFT WALKING STANCE toward "A" with a LEFT LOW BLOCK.

2. Step toward "A" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a RIGHT CENTER PUNCH.

3. Look right and move right foot clockwise (180 degrees) toward "B" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a RIGHT LOW BLOCK.

4. Step toward "B" into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a LEFT CENTER PUNCH.

5. Look left and move left foot counter clockwise (90 degrees) toward "D" into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a LEFT LOW BLOCK.

6. Step toward "D" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a RIGHT CENTER PUNCH.

7. Look right and move right foot clockwise (180 degrees) toward "C" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a RIGHT LOW BLOCK.

8. Step toward "C" into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a LEFT CENTER PUNCH.

9. Look left and move left foot toward "B" into a RIGHT L- STANCE with a LEFT OUTSIDE BLOCK.

10. Step toward "B" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a RIGHT CENTER PUNCH.

11. Look right and move right foot clockwise (180 degrees) into a LEFT L- STANCE with a RIGHT OUTSIDE BLOCK toward "A".

12. Step toward "A" into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a LEFT CENTER PUNCH.

13. Look left and move left foot counter-clockwise (90 degrees) toward "C" into a RIGHT L- STANCE with a LEFT OUTSIDE BLOCK.

14. Step toward "C" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a RIGHT CENTER PUNCH.

15. Look right and move right foot clockwise (180 degrees) toward "D" into a LEFT L- STANCE with a RIGHT OUTSIDE BLOCK.

16. Step toward "D" into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a LEFT CENTER PUNCH.

17. Step toward "D" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a RIGHT CENTER PUNCH and

18. Step backwards to "C" into a LEFT WALKING STANCE with a LEFT CENTER PUNCH.

19. Step backwards to "C" into a RIGHT WALKING STANCE with a RIGHT CENTER PUNCH.

MOVE LEFT FOOT BACK TO READY STANCE. GOMAN.
